Don't you just hate it when people make assumptions about you? When I met the ex (he told me later) he thought I was, and I quote "fluffy", because I was short and blonde*. I am not fluffy.

Sometimes people ask me if I have a full driving license just because I drive a three wheeler. Do they ask people with quad bikes the same thing**? I bet they bloody don't.

Interesting in this anonymous medium that people still make assumptions. Recently I have been identified as male on two forums I frequent. I know I'm flat chested but at least wait until you've actually met me before attempting to decide my gender.

I've been called a goth, which I don't think I am. I don't know what I am, and I'm not sure I want to be pigeonholed as anything anyway. I have a name. I think that's a bloody good way of describing me (and in the event that some poor bastard on this planet has the same name as me, I'm willing to change it).

I listen to Placebo. So what am I? Gay, junkie or whore? XD XD

I have decided to lock this crap. Not that I'm worried who reads it because as far as I can tell no one does :) It's probably that I'm so used to screaming at no-one in particular I'm now insisting on it...

I have no idea what I'm doing up at this time in the morning but I like it. I don't think I was meant for daytime. The ex said he thought I was manic***. I ended up with something which may not exist but it is a label I like, and those who don't like it can fuck off or buy me a shrink :)

I am going to sort out a few bits and then I am going to do some writing. Yep, my book.

So what have I been up to? Erm, not a lot really. As I had to go out early this morning (don't ask) I ended up staying up all night (I'd been awake about 26 hours when I finally went to bed). Between watching The Culture Show and waiting for it to appear on TheBox I cleared a bit of space on Mark, then promptly filled it up again *rolls eyes*

Mostly I was watching these two***, who I mentioned the other day. I know it's kids TV**** of nearly 20 years ago, but my rather dubious brain loved it then and still loves it now. My name is Sawnoff and I am mad :)



Managed to wangle a couple of days cash in hand work next week. YAY! So if you're reading this Mr Taxman person, fuck off XD

Someone on a Bond Bug forum just happens to want some solid bottom doors. Why, I have no idea. They weigh too much and fuck up the canopy. Anyway, I've got a set that came with Mytchell and there's no way they're going back on so I could make some cash here. I'd only charge £20 (although if this guy wants to pay more I'll let him. I'm nice like that) because they're crap but then he did say 'any condition'. It'll help pay for the metal sidescreen/bottom door frames I'm buying off a mate. The more I think about it, the more I want Mytchell to be original. I'm even thinking about leaving him orange. Hmmmmm*****

I had my fry up earlier, and it was nice. Must have been years since I've had eggy bread. It was worth the wait. And there was mushrooms. Lots of them. I like mushrooms :)

QPR did not play yesterday but I have been gazing fondly at Loftus Road anyway (You have no idea how happy that makes me [yes I know it's a piss take, but we're not Prem yet, so I can disassociate us Hoops from it and laugh and look at the pretteh instead]. It's the first time the BBC have had QPR on in bloody years. Pet team my arse!). And a sodding great big YAY! for Bristol Rovers who beat Southampton in the FA cup (or as I like to call it, the Fah-cup) and are into the last eight for the first time ever. UP THE GAS!

Watched A2A and I'm no more impressed with it, TBH. If Gene and Alex snog I will NOT be watching any more******. Bugger all on TV tonight either. I wonder if I could use that as an opportunity to get stuff done? O_o Who the fuck am I trying to kid?

I've decided to dye my hair black again. Well, blue/black (Manic Panic). Chatting with my neighbour the other week (she of the black granite kitchen worktops. Grrrr) she said she didn't like my hair when it was black the last time. Well, that's a good enough reason... XD

Well, I managed it. I'm not sure how, but I did :)

The interview went better than I thought it would. I was a little nervous (my head was rather *fkadghfkdafg*) as I'd got the impression the place was a bit up its own arse, but it wasn't bad at all. Pretty friendly bunch. All I have to do now is wait. If I'm in, training starts on 3rd March, but I have to wait for them to do some checks and whatnot, so I'm still on the lookout for work *uncrossses fingers and twiddles thumbs instead for a while*

I found myself watching that Lily Allen* thing on the BBC iplayer or whatever it's called. I say 'watching' but it was more a case of skimming through and finding the good bits (ie: David). Christ, I felt sorry for him. He spent a lot of time looking uncomfortable. But then if you're dealing with an over-rated talentless gobby madam who thinks looking at clips of animals having sex is amusing then 'uncomfortable' is a perfectly reasonable place to be**. Still, David looked as gorgeous as ever *sigh* (and seemed a little bit disturbed that his political ideas turned out to be crowd pleasers *snigger*).

Ashes to Ashes tonight. I might watch it as I downloaded it last week and had to delete it as I needed the space on Mark so I didn't break even with my ratio. Needless to say my attention will be somewhere other than BBC1 at 9pm next Thursday. Needless to say (2) I shall be downloading that as well***.

I have a vague idea floating about on the Who's the daddy? fic. I might make a start on that tonight. My days are all arse upwards again :(

Post: I've only had 5 bits of post all week. Something I bought off ebay, a letter from ebay with a £5 off voucher, a letter from my mum, a £10 Tesco card as a online market research reward and another bit of unsolicited car insurance drivel. It has not been good for post this week :(

It doesn't feel like nearly half eight. But then I don't suppose it would with the day I've had. I shall return later, when I've had some dinner. Breakfast. Nammet!

I went to fetch the interview stuff and I noticed I'd left the TV on Ceefax (with the sound off). So I put it back on TV and thought 'I wonder if they'll show a TMAWL trailer?' Of course. At ten to two in the morning, just after Antiques Roadshow.

Well, she called me today to wish me good luck with the interview tomorrow and we had a little chat. I offloaded something that was stressing me a bit, and god bless the cantankerous old moo but she bloody well came through for me. Mother, it's probably the first time and may well be the last, but I take my hat off to you *hugziz*

I shall have split loyalties this Saturday as Bristol Rovers play Southampton in the FA cup, seeing as QPR have already been knocked out. And we got beat 4-2 last night when we were 2-0 up. I was not amused *waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiil*

I confess to getting (more than) a little excited over the past week or so. This was exacerbated by The Times Magazine on Saturday (ah, the lovely piccies) and went into overdrive with the arrival of the new Radio Times. Another interview and more pics. Lovely, lovely pics*. All over the place *sighs and dies*

OK, we know about Thursday (I've decided to save that bottle of red until then), so what else is there? Well, all I found was The Culture Show (Saturday, BBC2, 7.10, repeated at 1.05am), which should be plenty. But it's not :) So you'll be pleased to know that Mitchell and the less attractive one were on Jonathan Ross's Radio 2 show last Saturday, which can be got at via good old Listen Again (fast forward to 1hr 35m). Hurrah!

I should be getting ready for that interview right now. I'm not. But if I get my finger out (seeing as there's nothing on TV tonight) I should get everything done *fingers crossed* XD

THINGS I HAVE LEARNED TODAY

1. Tea without sugar isn't so bad. Although it depends on the tea bag. For me PG Tips has to have some kind of sweetener in it and preferrably sugar*. I was raised on PG. This evening though I ran out of sugar, so instead of sacrificing perfectly good pyramids I dug out a Twinings English** and actually it wasn't bad without any sweetness.

2. It is impossible for me to look up anything on Wikipedia without also looking at David Mitchell's*** page.

*yawn* And now I think it's bedtime. Blimey! Half past three! It's too blummin' easy to get caught up in that stay up all night thing. I'm gonna have to pull it around before that interview Thursday morning O_o

Sorry for the utterly crap M&W related so called joke for a subject but I iz a happy Sawnoff. Despite being a goal down after one minute against Southampton at the New Dell (I REFUSE to call is S*. M*ry's. That's a bloody hospital), yesterday we won 3-2. WOOTISHNESS! :D Agyemang - the new Loftus Road Legend - has now scored seven goals in five matches!

Anyway, we are now 15th in the table (that's nearly in the top half. I have a nosebleed) and only six points off a play off place. And perhaps even more importantly, only two places and two points behind Norwich. They also won yesterday, beating Cardiff 2-1 away, with goals scored by a Welsh kid called Evans XD

I have been busy with Mitchell!pics today, which can be found elsewhere amongst this fine establishment :) There will be more from BOTW very soon. Oh yes.

Sold a couple more bits on ebay. I am not rich yet, sadly. Although now I've tidied up the lounge I could probably fit a table tennis table* in there XD**

Forgot to phone Dad. Bum. I will call him tomorrow. Considering I got up at half five this morning, the day's gone blummin' quick. Time flies when you're staring at a screen full of tasty nerd pics *sigh*

Not a lot on telly again tonight so I will probably take the opportunity to watch some downloads and clear some space in Marks brain. Just in time for me to start filling it again next Thursday :)

Is it me or am I the only one who can't be bothered with TV much these days? Usually, I'd watch Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, unless there was someone on it I really can't stand. But I just don't feel like it. Didn't watch Buzzcocks, although I'm downloading it. Didn't bother with the QI or MTW repeats this week either. Which makes me think, if I don't want to watch old QI eps (except certain ones hehehe) why the hell haven't I deleted the downloads I have. Mark's bulging at the seams anyway, and Look returns next week, not to mention the impending Peep Show and WILTY. The good news is after 20 odd years they're finally releasing 'Absolutely*', so I'll buy that and chuck off the downloads. The bad news is I'd downloaded it so I could stick it on a DVD and call it my brother's Christmas present. Bollocks.

I feel like not going to bed for three days. I'll get something done like that. Maybe.

The interview in Clevedon has been rescheduled for 10 o clock Thursday morning. Eeek! That means I'll have to be up at about seven :( Oh well. It's a job. Hopefully.

I haven't had dinner yet. Mind you, I got up late so I didn't have breakfast til midday. It's a little worrying how easy it is to let your days end up back to front. Maybe I will get that night job at Morrisons. Let's hope I get Thursdays off...

I got a phone call this morning. A couple of others who were meant to be going to the interview today pulled out so it was cancelled until next Thursday. It didn't really bother me, to be honest. It gives me more time to prepare myself (there'll be 'role play' which I fucking hate) and if I do get in, it's not starting until March 3rd anyway, so it's not like I'd be losing a weeks work. And if I hear back from Morrisons in the meantime, I can set something up for the same day and save going to Clevedon twice. Not the end of the world then.

Post: Two. One flyer from the local health club. WTF? The world is my gym, dammit. Only the bit that is a gym isn't actually a gym at all. There is no gym. Needless to say it was torn up and binned.

The other bit of post was a thanks but no thanks from FedEx. I didn't think I'd get it anyway, so I'm not crying over that either. Got my hands on the other freepaper and the local rag so that's three more jobs applied for. Oh, and Wussum Pier's been sold. I didn't see a 'For Sale' sign :(

Am I the only one who isn't that fussed over 'Ashes to Ashes'? Seeing as I'm mid thirties and loathed High School in particular I'm far more interested in watching a programme set in the 1970's than the 1980's. Gene Hunt though *sigh* I shall have to dig out a pic I capped of Philip Glenister in a 1990's Frank Skinner sitcom called 'Blue Heaven'. He's got longish hair and wearing black leather. No, not Frank Skinner! O_o

Dad phoned and left a message when I was out. I'll try calling him tomorrow. He did sound a bit discombobulated, blessim. I wanna go down to the IOW and I can't *sulk* Oh, and mother phoned me too. She always calls me when she can't work her mobile phone because my old one is the same. She invited herself up again *grrrr* but I've put her off for a couple of months.

I've almost got the BOTW pics sorted. He's half Welsh and he's not in love with Adolf Hitler. And yes, I did. I set the alarm *mahoosively embarrassed* It was worth it, though :D
